Please review your "Tree Guarantee & Maintenance" information sheet for conditions of the guarantee. This sheet is provided to you at the time of sale and includes sale date and invoice number.

Our Tree Warranty
- Term: All trees shall be under warranty for one year form the day of installation at said address and same location of original planting.
- Tree Replacement: Any tree acquired under this contract that dies, will be removed and replaced no prior discounts or warranties will apply. This warranty only covers the dollar value of the original tree at the time of purchase. Fannin Tree Farm will not cover any additional cost of a replacement due to year to year increased value in inventory.
- Warranty: Warranty will cover only one tree replacement. Warranty will not apply if tree dies due to fire, freezes, storms, drought, insects, hail, diseases, extreme heat, other Acts of Nature, damage, theft, owner’s neglect, including under-watering, over-watering and poor drainage.
